Guillaume Reynaud comes from a family of winemakers for five generations. Before him, Claude, Louis, Gabriel and Jean-Louis produced wine in Domazan since 1903.
After his studies in oenology he took over his parents' farm - the Chateau de Bosc - and renewed it. Now, his exceptional vineyard gives him the opportunity to elaborate wines with a strong personality. His real passion is oenologic research.
He is known for having invented a new way of vinification and for elaborating long-keeping sulphites free wines.
His partner in crime is the famous oenologist : Jean-Philippe Trollet. He is a specialist in this area. Jean-Philippe Trollet received the award of the Winemaker of the year in 2009 by the prestigious International Wine Challenge. The complicity between the two men is real and successful.
